This Privacy Policy explains how LuluPlay ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the LuluPlay mobile application. This App is designed for children and is listed in the Kids category on the App Store. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and all applicable children's privacy laws.

1. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

LuluPlay is designed for use by children under the supervision of parents or guardians. We take children's privacy very seriously:

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

• We do not require children to provide any personal information to use the App.

• We do not use behavioral tracking, profiling, or targeted advertising directed at children.

• We do not display third-party advertisements of any kind.

• We do not share children's data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

• Child profiles (names or nicknames) are created by parents and stored only on the device.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, please contact us immediately at admin@devoup.com and we will promptly delete it.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Parent-Provided Information (Stored Locally)

All parent-provided information is stored exclusively on the device and is never transmitted to our servers:

• Child Profiles — names or nicknames for child profiles created by parents

• Playlist Data — videos selected by parents and organized into playlists

• App Settings — parental control settings, PIN codes, and player restrictions

• Video Library — video titles and thumbnails added by parents

2.2 Subscription Information

When you subscribe to LuluPlay Premium, your purchase is processed through the Apple App Store. We use RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management service, to verify your subscription status. RevenueCat may receive:

• An anonymous user identifier

• Subscription status and purchase history

• Device platform information (iOS)

RevenueCat does not collect children's personal information. Subscription management is accessible only to parents through the PIN-protected parent area. For more information, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

2.3 Video Content Requests

When parents search for or stream videos, the App communicates with YouTube's public services to retrieve video information. These requests may include:

• Video identifiers (video IDs)

• Search queries entered by parents

These requests are made directly to YouTube and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy. LuluPlay does not store or transmit this data to any other party.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

LuluPlay does not collect or use any of the following:

• Advertising identifiers (IDFA)

• Location data

• Contact information from children

• Photos, videos, or microphone recordings

• Browsing history

• Third-party analytics or tracking data

• Device fingerprinting data

4. Third-Party Services

We do not use any third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services.

5. Parental Controls

LuluPlay provides robust parental controls to ensure children's safety:

• PIN-Protected Parent Area — all settings, search, and subscription management require a parent PIN

• Curated Content Only — children can only view videos that parents have explicitly selected

• No External Links — children cannot navigate outside the App

• Restricted Playback — parents control playback settings and available features

6. Data Storage and Security

All user data (profiles, playlists, settings) is stored locally on the device. Videos are streamed and not stored on the device. We do not operate servers that store user data. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect stored data, including PIN-based access control for parent settings.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

• All data is stored locally and can be deleted at any time by the parent

• Deleting child profiles removes all associated data

• Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data

• Subscription records maintained by Apple and RevenueCat are subject to their respective retention policies

8. Parental Rights

Parents or guardians have the right to:

• Review information associated with their child's profile

• Delete their child's profile and all associated data

• Remove saved video entries at any time

• Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data

• Contact us with any privacy concerns

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be reflected by the Last updated date at the top of this page. We encourage parents to review this policy regularly.
